Spring Rolls

 

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry strips 12
  • Boneless chicken cubes 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cabbage 1 flower
  • Carrot 2 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum 2 (finely chopped)
  • Beans sprout few
  • Egg white 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • White flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté ginger garlic paste for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken cubes and cook for two minutes.
  3. Now add sugar, salt, crushed black pepper, white flour with chicken cubes, carrot, cabbage and vinegar to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, in the end add bean sprout and sesame oil in wok.
  4. Mix well and turn flame off.
  5. Now fill e ach pastry strip with the mixture.
  6. Roll each strip and brush egg white lavishly onto each edge.
  7. Deep fry them on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
